The development and writing of complete research proposals for submission to NIH, including graduate research, master's or PhD thesis proposals, or any other research project proposals in the fields of science and engineering that are of interest for NIH. You provide all materials necessary to write your proposal, including your existing research ideas, research plans, list of publications on which the proposed work is based, list of capabilities to complete the desired research, a list of your relevant publications, and CVs or biosketches of the proposal authors and participants. This work includes an extensive literature search and usually takes 30 business days or more.

WARNING: evaluation of your research plans, ideas, publications and/or your research capabilities to develop and/or complete a desired science or engineering research project is the first step in the process of the proposal development and may be negative. In the “negative” cases a written guide on possible enhancement of your research ideas, plans, and/or research capabilities to make them competitive is guaranteed. To avoid unnecessary charges, we advice you to order a proposal draft or research plans and ideas evaluation services before requesting the full proposal development service. Alternatively, you may try to develop your own proposal draft: this may help reduce your expenses. E-mail us for a free initial consultation before requesting this service.

When you receive our advice (via e-mail) on an expected duration of your service, choose the recommended number of hours in the “quantity” field below, click "Add to Cart" and follow directions to place your order. We will send you an order confirmation e-mail message. Please refer to your order number in all subsequent communications. $70 an hour plus additional expenses, such as data base dues, if applicable. A written competitive proposal (an electronic file) meeting NIH requirements is guaranteed. E-mail communications preferred.
