Evaluation of a draft of research proposals, including graduate scholarships research proposals, master's or PhD thesis research proposals, to be submitted to a sponsor or agency you specified (other than NSF, DARPA or NIH) and based on your existing research proposal. You provide a draft of the proposal with literature references and CVs or biosketches of the proposal authors and participants. This work usually takes from 5 to 10 business days.
